Registration and login procedure

Swiss Re offers you access to different client tools & services through the Client Tools & Services area. In order to access a service you must be a registered user and then enter your email and password for the authentication.

Registration

In order to register for a Swiss Re tool or service please get in touch with your Swiss Re client manager. You can find additional information about our available services on the Client Tools & Services page.

Login

By trying to access a client tool or service, you will be automatically forwarded to the login screen. On the login screen you will be asked to enter your email and password. In case you forgot your Swiss Re password please use the available 'Forgot password?' feature which can also be found on the login page.

Password expiration

Your password is valid for 90 days. Once your password has expired, you will be required to change it. A screen will automatically appear asking you to choose a new password and confirm it.
